Johnnie Hubbard III serves as the Executive Director of the Andrea C. Cameron Foundation, where he oversees initiatives aimed at providing educational opportunities and scholarships to students. His career in non-profit management began in 2012 at Jupiter High School, where he was the lead marketing teacher for grades 9-12, significantly contributing to the school’s Career Technical Education programs.
Hubbard is an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration. His dedication to education and leadership led him to further his studies, and in 2021, he graduated with honors from St. Thomas University with a Master of Science in Educational Leadership. This advanced degree has equipped him with the skills to effectively lead and manage educational programs and initiatives.

Throughout his career, Hubbard has held various roles in educational administration and non-profit management across Florida, New Jersey, and Texas. His experience includes serving as a Lead Teacher, Executive Director, and Assistant Executive Director, where he has been instrumental in developing and implementing programs that support student growth and development.
In addition to his role at the Andrea C. Cameron Foundation, Hubbard is actively involved with the Warrior Athletic & Arts Foundation. He has played a key role in organizing events such as Jupiter High School’s inaugural Met Gala, aimed at raising funds for school projects, including the construction of a new field house for athletes. While also building partnerships with other groups such as the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center, Jupiter Elementary, Palm Beach North Education Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and so many others.
Hubbard’s commitment to education and his leadership in non-profit organizations reflect his passion for making a positive impact on students’ lives, helping them achieve their educational and personal goals.
